重返美聯東區第一的金鶯隊，30日在主場與遊騎兵展開四連戰，金鶯先發投手諾瑞斯遭到重擊，個人挨了4發全壘打，加上隊友火力不捧場，終場金鶯以1:8輸給遊騎兵，中止最近的4連勝。
前一天雙重賽金鶯18局0失分，但是對手換成遊騎兵情況大不同，金鶯先發投手Norris慘遭砲轟，Moreland打順手單場雙響砲。
遊騎兵從第二局開始連四局出現全壘打，五局上半秋信守也加入，遊騎兵頻頻開轟得分好簡單，金鶯的攻勢卻一再受挫，四局下一二壘有人，Hardy和Pearce連吞兩次三振，自己沒出棒，主審也幫對手忙，金鶯好悶。
五局下機會又出現，關鍵時刻Davis也被三振，金鶯得點圈9打數只有1安打，全場吞14次三振，終場以1:8輸給遊騎兵，中止最近的4連勝。（民視新聞綜合報導）
